Your first step starts tonight
- i
Put a notebook by your bed
A notebook and a pen, within reach, before you sleep.
- ii
Write before you touch your phone
When you wake, write anything you remember. One image or one feeling counts.
- iii
Bring it on the 17th
Azeem reads one or two dreams live, anonymously. That only happens on the live call, so come live if you can.

A few lines is plenty. Write it as if it's happening now, in the first person.
